Sten K Johnsons Stiftelse riktar sig till individer, organisationer och företag (med skånsk anknytning) som har visioner och handlingskraft för att utveckla projekt inom utbildning, bildning, medicin, teknik, entreprenörskap, litteratur och musik. Sten K. Johnson Centre for Entrepreneurship driver idag 14 kurser i entreprenörskap på olika fakulteter vid Lunds universitet samt ett internationellt magisterprogram med två inriktningar: New Venture Creation och Corporate Entre­ preneurship and Innovation. I de flesta kurser arbetar vi efter en handlingsorienterad pedagogik som stimulerar och År 2011 donerade Sten K Johnson 20 miljoner kronor till entreprenörskapsverksamheten vid Lunds Universitet och möjliggjorde därmed bildandet av Sten K Johnson Centre for Entrepreneurship. Han var en av grundarna av Connect Skåne och engagerade sig bland annat även i projektet ”Uppstart Malmö”, ett program med syfte att engagera nya företagare, speciellt i de delar av Malmö där År 2011 donerade Sten K. Johnson 20 miljoner kronor till entreprenörskapsverksamheten vid Lunds universitet och möjliggjorde därmed bildandet av Sten K. Johnson Centre for Entrepreneurship [6].
